A question for return scroll
What does this item do exactly?
Does it basically return the item to its previous state or
completely re-new the item, all slots are back from fail scroll attempts.
If it is like this, isn't it just like the clean slate?

I don't think it works like a Clean Slate Scroll.
If I understood Nexon correctly, it works more like a Pam's Song.
It let's you return to the previous stats if you choose and protects against failed scroll. However, it doesn't protect an item from being destroyed.

Read it in the cash shop, but i'm pretty sure your correct.
i believe it pretty much makes the item clean again (except potentials remain there, if any)
a return scroll lets u return to town
