@ryu626: It's still worth it imo, I've used it once on an equip and it gave me the stat that was .. most dominant on the item.
Example, RSB 2L Epic : crap stat 3% luk .. after the stamp it gave it another 3%luk line
Then my friend used it on her INT % earrings (9% int 9%int) and after the stamp worked, it gave it a 3% all stat line
