returning 14x Ua bowmaster help and advice
I'm a 14x UA bowmaster in mardia, I haven't played the game or logged in, in 4 years maybe more I'm not sure it's been awhile. I gave a lot of my equips/wealth away and the only things I have are propably very outdated or not upgraded much. what's the best way I can get back into the game and start making money and funding equips... I don't want to start over so I really don't want to consider that an option... I love bowmasters and my first character was an archer on maples 1st anniversary... any advice would be greatly appreciated..

You can also camp out for elite bosses at popular maps for money(Sahel 2 and Copper drakes are big maps for it) The bonus stage after killing one can net you chaos scrolls, Clean slate scrolls, hammers, and protection scrolls (Go for the ? chest bubbles) There aren't really any big areas for grinding at your level range that can actually spawn an elite *and* are efficient training maps.
That being said, if you're on the Yellonde/Mardia/Kradia/Chaos grouping, good luck finding a stable spawn of elites. Best you're likely to get is some botters/hackers.
The current Bounty Hunter event is a decent way to make some money right now. Maybe train some Link Skill mules. I see that as a passive way of farming Elite Monsters (bigger versions of monsters) and bosses, or simply hunt for Elites yourself in maps that are around your level (Leafre should be do-able).
If the Chaos Root Abyss armor + weapon are still too expensive for you, you could opt for the cheaper alternative which is the Empress Set. Once you have a clean armor set you can start doing Gollux runs and get the accessories. I would recommend going for the Reinforced ones since the belt and pendant aren't -too- expensive to buy from people in FM.
oh I am strengthless when I made this character 4 base strength was the only way to go, I used to be pretty good, the problem is I gave a lot of stuff away. Back then I was making a lot of reverse and getting the highest possible stats for clean items, I always planned on white scrolling but that's before I quit, I still have yet to login to my account so I'm not quite sure what's left, but I know it's nothing that good. I just finished installing so I'm going to check it out.. and you for letting me know about events, i'll have to check them out..
Hmm, you can try farming ores and seeds in evo. world. Pretty decent exp and some decent mesos if you turn those ores into bars and seeds into oils.
@tonyroxhehe: He's level 14x and he hasn't played in 4 years. I don't think he's ready with the outdated equips he has. He's probably not even strless
You should really just take advantage of events, train and make yourself stronger before you attempt these boss areas
