What skills do you have maxed out?

Minimum should be about 8k HP. You won't get hit by the tail as long as you don't touch it. Mikhail's 100% Stance link skill works well here.

Range should be fine since you'll have 30% Boss Damage from the Empress set effect.

Client lag works for Seduce as noted above.

I suggest leveling to get a free 10%HP hyper, as you wont need to spend on that. Kaiser's link skill also increases HP.

If it hasn't been revamped with Unlimited, You will have no problem. I did it before unlimited with 32k range+ 40% boss
If you have good control the tail of HT will never hit you and you will take it out in like 1 minute and a half of pure attacking. After tail you only have to avoid dying from seduces
That can be done with the ALT ENTER trick. Once you are seduces press alt enter and hold it down for about 10 seconds. It will lag you and avoid damage

Ehh get to 8k hp atleast and get your range up to 50k cuz mines is at 100k with 10k hp and im going perfectly fine with runs

If you added ~12% hp you'd be at about a 7.6k. One hit from the tail or 1 seduce + 2 of the falling stalactites and you'd be dead. You can try but I doubt you'll make it.

I don't think you have enough HP to survive, especially at your level.
@TwirlNHurl: If HP / surviving HT was not a problem, you probably could pull it off within the time limit which is over an hour.
