Are you asking if Elite Puppet's damage reduction works at all? It still does. The best way to check it is to go to Pianus and wait for him to 1/1 attack you.
As for other things (such as Aswan), I can't say for sure unless there really is no way for it to be blocked.

yep, I still take hilla's 1/1s with around 2k HP. unless it suddenly broke in the last 2 days.
