Is Bellocan dead?
I am just returning after like two years away, and I am in fm and almost nobody is there and the shops are only on the lowest levels.
If it is dead what is the world with the most people. (Like having people around)

What happened to FM used to stay full of shops, can't find what I need with a bottom row and a couple on second

imo the population is okay here, I can still make good monies in the fm

dunno if you actually checked them all but active FM's are generally 1-7, (8), 13, (14), 18, and 22
where (#) means only during peak hours
They call it Bellocancer for a reason.
