Most respected class?

Nowadays there are over 20 classes.

But what are the most respected (Helpful in parties, class that no one plays, etc...) and disrespected classes?

definitely feel like phantoms get hated on a lot based on the premise that we steal skills, coupled with the fact that phantoms were at the top of dps chart while maintaining top dojo times, made for a very hostile community. Even know, we still get hated on for time to time despite being a far cry from what we use to be and the rest of the other OP classes

respect to da explorers though for keeping it old-school... and because they're the ones we steal skills from
Dude, LOL... "over 20"? there isn't just OVER 20, there is ALMOST DOUBLE 20...
there are 15 adventurers (Hero, Paladin, Dark Knight, Arch Mage (Ice/Lightning), Arch Mage (Fire/Poison), Bishop, Marksman, Bowmaster, Night Lord, Shadower, Blade Master, Corsair, Buccaneer, Cannon Master, and Jett), which is THREE QUARTERS of your estimate, and we've only listed a SINGLE faction, out of X factions sure, there's about 2x as many adventurers as any other faction, but still..
6 Cygnus knights (Mihile, Dawn Warrior, Blaze Wizard, Wind Archer, Night Walker, and Thunder Breaker), now only two factions in, we've already went "over twenty" (15+6=21), and we're still not close to the bottom of the list
6 heroes (Evan, Aran, Luminous, Mercedes, Phantom, and Shade), now, having listed only THREE of the factions, we've already went WELL "over 20", at 27 (15+6+6=27), it's more concise to say, "Almost 30" than "over 20"
with 6 resistance (Demon Slayer, Demon Avenger, Battle Mage, Wild Hunter, Xenon, and Mechanic), the count is 33, and "over 30" would be the best way to refer to the quantity now...
Think we're done? NOPE!
We've got 2 Nova (Kaiser and Angelic Buster), two Children of the Five Stars (Hayato and Kanna), with a third in the works in Japan's version (Ayame), and two independent classes, the Child of the Goddess (Zero), and Chase (the Beast Tamer),
that totals to.... 39 classes in GMS, with one in development in JMS (I think, details of JMS's content/development are sketchy and inconsistent, some say it was to stay a role play class, some say it was their way of testing the class...)
TLDR:
"over 20"classes is a gross understatement...
I respect people who choose to main an unpopular class like Kanna or Hayato.

Mad props for non-mule Kannas, I generally hate thieves.

If you're talking about respect based on difficulty to do cap damage then it would go something like... Shadower (ME+CE 75-100mil cap), Kaiser, DB, BM, Phantom, and all the other low %damage users. Shadower in that respect and kaiser are my #1 and #2,the rest are more or less even.

It's really dependent on the person. But in my experiences, I always get the "power-creep" vibe from Nightwalkers and on some occasions, Dual-Blades and Zeros.

I don't know about everyone else, but I got respect for any Night Lord for sticking with the OG king of DPS. Maybe one day you will reclaim your throne.

Respect comes from the player, not the class

Most disrespected is Demon Slayer due to ksers/botters giving them terrible rep.
