I got a SW Knuckle from Normal Grosso Polpo yesterday.
It's entirely possible that they also adjusted the drop rates.
@Manuelt15: so basically the only one I won't be able to kill now is regular Livyathan, which never dropped anything anyway.
@UrHedsOnFire: HP of bosses were doubled/tripled secretly in the beast tamer patch
@UrHedsOnFire pretty much 2x HP for every boss, if you didn't manage to kill a boss before the timer hit the half, you might not be able now.

How much more significant? Like did it take you 2/3 the time before, now you can't kill?

Higher difficulty? I haven't done it since the drop rate nerf, might come back now as long as it was doable. I was able to kill both red grosso and dark livyathan with more than half left, is it significantly harder now?
I heard they adjusted drop rates to suit the higher difficulty
But I should stop spreading unconfirmed rumours :X
