The fafnir 1-handed sword has fast (5) attack speed speed.
With booster (+2) and passive skill Intense Focus (+1), we reach out to Faster (2) attack speed.
This is the softcap, meaning using DSI, SI or queen attack speed buff won't increase speed at all.
We need to break the cap with something else first so that DSI makes us hardcap (0) attack speed.
The only things I've seen break the cap so far were the green potions from MPE (+1), Zero's Divine Speed Aura (+1), Beast Tamer's Green Card (and gold card) buff (+2) and Rune of Swiftness.(+2).
So, as long as you have one of these to break the softcap and reach out to (1) attack speed, any other attack speed buff will have you hardcap.
