weird .exe problem
whenever i try to run this certain .exe file, it will not open.
It shows under "processes" in task manager, and it says it's using up memory/cpu, although i see nothing.
it worked on my old computer (win xp?)
when i try to re-open, it says :
Error opening file for writing:
.../Local/Temp/xx.dll
click abort to stop the installation, retry to try again or ignore to skip this file.
any ideas?

w.e i deleted file, didnt need anyways.
