Calling all body builders for advice I work out almost every day and I felt like I needed more energy to get me started now-a-days. I want a Pre-workout "mix" but I have no idea what to look for, though I heard you should look for Creatine. Any suggestions? How much w.att is equivalent to main stat? heres what I mean: Take a thief for example.. Imagine a hat with 1 w.att, (5 slots) Another hat with 20 luk (0 slots) If you were to chaos the first hat to get higher w.att, how much w.att is equivalent to the Luk in the second? In other words, Until how much w.att on the first hat is needed to reach 20 luk equivalent in terms of damage? (In more other words, Is it worth chaos'ing the first one?) My .exes wont open any time I open an .exe (MS launcher, TF2, many others [not just games]) nothing happens. I see the little spinning "loading" circle, and nothing comes up. No blackscreen, no error message, nothing. This is happening lately and it doesn't apply to all applications. Why is this happening / how could I fix it? I looked all over the place the only thing I could get were registry editing solutions and that didn't seem to work. help me please, I can't get anything done on here c: *edit: I am admin and even with that, "running as admin" doesn't work.
My files keep corrupting I've been having multiple instances of files corrupting / stopping. - many .exe's - small files (<5MB) are fine. - It gets corrupt often. I've had troubles with many sources and different files. - The files work on other computers, so i have to download there and install here. - further info that it isn't my internet is because I called my ISP and they came and "fixed it" - I have tried disk check and nothing. What could be the problem? I don't think it's faulty ram because I've tested it and the builders of this PC (1 month ago) said they used memtest 86 or something. Really hot Cpu Whenever my comp is idle, the CPU is at like 35 C (HWMonitor) When gaming, it reaches 40's maximum 50s. Today I was rendering a 3D animation and It got the temps. up to 84'C (it wasn't even HD) - Is that normal? is it too hot? Is it dangerous ? I stopped when I saw it that high I was worried. What should I do now? Is there a way to get my CPU to not heat up without buying a heatsink? *It's an i7 3770 IB. Thanks
Concerned about new pc Please take some time to help me, I've been looking everywhere. I recently got a new pc and it's pretty good: i7 3770, 16gbs ram (i do a lot of video editing), HD 6870, win 7 x64 My computer has not been as "stable" as it should be. (like my old comp) - a few times my GFX card has stopped working recently for a few seconds (Screen blacks out) i get an error message from windows saying it "recovered." It has up-to-date drivers. Was working fine before. ( I've started noticing an issue with minecraft specifically, where everything's edge would be white and "bold") - I've had internet stop for no reason. reboot fixes. This is recent. - It's been really slowing down since I got it. none of th
weird .exe problem whenever i try to run this certain .exe file, it will not open. It shows under "processes" in task manager, and it says it's using up memory/cpu, although i see nothing. it worked on my old computer (win xp?) when i try to re-open, it says : Error opening file for writing: .../Local/Temp/xx.dll click abort to stop the installation, retry to try again or ignore to skip this file. any ideas?

Is this computer bottlenecked? Hey guys I've been told to wait for Ivy Bridge and i did. I'll probably order this tonight or tomorrow morning. Too much Psu? I'm building a PC. I've checked about 4 PSU calculators on the internet, all of them said -400w. Is 550w too much? or are the online calculators unstable? (it's an i7 2700k, an HD 6870, 3 fans, 2 ram sticks [ddr3], 1 DVD "slot", 1; 7200rpm HDD) < If that matters.
