@NuggetsOnCrack: Instead of going through all the hassle of port forwarding, you can just download Hamachi and skip the port forwarding process.

I haven't tried with Hamachi but it should work... You can make a network so other people and me can join and then you simply host a server and we connect to the IP that Hamachi assigned to your computer.

Diablo 2 + Lord of Destruction expansion is about 1,88 GB. Shouldn't take that long to download (unless you have a crappy download speed like me... 100 kb/s ftl). I installed the game with the CDs though. I still have them haha .

But if you're going to download a pirated version, you can't play online (unless you make a hamachi server and blah blah).
