The green monster park extreme potion can bypass the speed cap, allowing someone to stack weapon speed bonuses.
isn't there a speed cap?
@UltraLudde: It allows you to use other Attack Speed buffs if you're hindered by the speed cap.

Yes we do, so a green potion would make the skills faster but not SI?

Only if you use Extreme Green Potions to break the speed cap because you're already sitting at faster (2) with Booster.

Yes, faster attacks are always better so long as you can break the speed cap. Now all you need to do is get your speed down to -10, if that breaks the game then -9 would suffice.
