Is there a way to change servers?

I made a Night Walker in Yellonde a long time ago for some odd reason and I want to move him to a more populated server like Windia or Scania because the revamp is coming. I heard there was something in the cash shop for this but I can't find it.
Considering Night Walkers attacking skills consist of literally 2 (The second one is in 3rd job, also the first mobbing ability) all the way to 100, I think it's a safe bet to say you're not missing out on anything.

OT: They were called World Transfers, and they've been removed indefinitely. Nexon has said they are not planning on bringing them back any time soon.
So there's no way, Oh well.. And to the first guy, I'm only level 30 anyway and I've seen the skills since they gave it to them already and now they have the old and revamped skills at the same time.

But grinding. Sure it doesn't take as long, but you have no mobbing skills. I've been playing my NW and used an SP reset to try all the new skills. It's 1v1 potential is great but can't kill mobs that fast. Sure the bats do ~30k clean but you're only given a limited amount. At 3rd Job you only get 4 or so. And you don't get to mob until 3rd job. Even then, it's pretty weak unless you're able to time the attack so that it hits the mobs at the end of the explosion.
