It gives you a 2x coupon on day 5, and when you click on it it asks you to trade it in for a star planet coupon but I can't?

You do One Card because it's faster and easier.

you need to have a star planet coupon, then click the attendance one, then it doubles the time of your star planet one.
ex 1 hour stupendous coupon becomes a 2 hour coupon

Since I've necver even opened star planet I can't get it.
