Star Enhancement Question
If I star enhanced an item beyond 12 stars and it booms, do I keep all of the scrolled stats + potentials/bonus potentials? I kept seeing some people say yes and some no
How about for superior items? (tyrants, novas)

You keep all stats but have to start from 0 stars.
