IDK, but I did sell my 9% dex pendant for 200m a couple days after they started this box event.
I've seen some people sell 9% gear for like 50-100m, but the prices keep on dropping because it is more common to see them around. If i were you I'd wait around till the prices drop even more, unless you need it immmediately i'd wouldn't buy it.

Yes, the event ends in 4/24 so there is no need to rush buying equips
