To me, 165 is a good time to start worrying, as that is when you'll want to be leveling in SH most of the time, but even then you can make do with lower ranges most of the time.

180 with 420k clean. I'm in that middle ground of not Godly and not average. So lame

Yes, it's fine. That's good for someone who's not very funded/doesn't have much str%.
It's average.
"Average" lost its meaning a long time ago when alot of people had above average range.
