Also is 2% magic attack worth keeping or will I be better off selling it to get other things that can boost my range for more?

Ignoring all other %MATK you have, and %ignore, 15% ignore > 2% matk at mobs greater than 13.3% PDR.
I want to say it depends on what you're doing. Just killing mooks I believe calls for the 2%, while killing bosses calls for the 15% PDR.
The pdr is better. On my czak duos with my nightlord friend, I tested both with different monster book buffs. The 1 percent stat and 15 percent pdr was noticeabley better than the 2 percent magic one (even though the two percent one bosted my range by a fewish thousand). I say go for the pdr.
