Speed Infusion and Double Down To max or not to max?
So at the moment I have max the skills below:
Octopunch
Buccaneer Blast
Pirate's Revenge
Typhoon Crash
Crossbones
Skills I have also added SP:
Speed Infusion (5)
Double Down (3-5?)
I've reviewed the Tricks122's guide, but still not quite sure where to allocate my SP next. Help is needed.

At least one point in Dragon Strike for easy energy charging. And some Maple Warrior if you tend to party with people that don't have it.
My double down is maxed and I left my SI at 10.

Level 11? That extra point really isn't necessary as it's only raised to 10 for the 200 seconds you speak of.
Thanks for the advice, I have followed all of your awesome guidance and decided to max out double down first, which I wasn't aware of only needed 5 SP points.

@RyanIsSmexii: We have an event coming up on the 16th where we can start trading our books in. Hopefully, we'll get to choose what we want.
Max Double Down, then get SI to 10 or start putting points into Maple Warrior. SI 10 lasts for 200 seconds, so you can macro it with Booster and cast it along with Double Down.

And I have a time leap book, two Demo books, and a DS book. Might trade those in and hope for the best.

Well since i did not need to buy any skill books they just transferred over let me tell you guys will be able to max every 4th job skill and have 3 SP left ( hyper skills?) i have 13 SP left 10 for mw 30, and just an extra 3.
OT: double down>SI as long as you are comfortable with duration time.
I would add on Double Down for two reasons. Speed Infusion only gives you more time and deduce your use of HP and MP, unlike Double Down it gives you more chance of rolling another dice, which means another buff for training. For example, would you pick, a chance of having an extra 30% exp and 20% damage or save MP and HP? You pick.
Double Down should be [i]the first[/i] skill all Buccaneers master.
If you have sets that increase skill level it's a nice 12 SP per set increase if you have everything 1 SP below the mastery.

Yes, Crossbones really goes up to 30 :o
Double Down should be one of the first skills you max. SI is optional if you want longer buff time. Otherwise it's pretty pointless.
I have DD maxed already o.o First skill I maxed since it didn't require mastery books. Now, onto maxing Crossbones and Typhoon Crash.
Btw, does Crossbones really go up to level 30? I thought the max level was 20...
