Can shop permit be discounted or broken
I'm trying to apply my reward points to lower the price on shop permit but no can do.
On my 2 accounts with at least 3kpts they cant press the button to apply points
BUT on my other acc that cant do a full 30% discount can press the apply reward points but no points are being applied
and I cant press the reward points check box below the number i'd like to buy
I checked the website and theres no mention of shop being restricted from applying the discount unless I've severely missed it on the list
any help?

Yes you can. You can't discount already discount items. So if you're talking about the 1,800 NX one, then you need 1,260 NX, and 540 reward points.
definitely do on all accounts
I think it's a glitch but check if you have enough NX to cover the other 70%
