If I remember correctly, wasn't there an npc who sold them? If not where can I buy them besides in fm and in bulk as welll.

because it's better to just buy cures yourself for 400 mesos each rather than buy them for 5k each at fm

If you've done the Krexel prequests, the daily quest to kill Krexel rewards 100 Ginger Ales and 30 All Cures, and can be repeated every 24 hours.
^ its not very long chain of quests nowadays.
Highly suggest killing eliza for the star rock. I think it and, is it the snowman? idk that yeti boss in el nath have the highest drop rates for it. Eliza drops it more often for me. Snowwitch has terrible drop rates for her stuff.
the quest is fairly short, actually. you don't even have to travel to orbis - he'll teleport you to and back.
the only tedious part is getting the star rock.
yeah, as everyone else says, it's alacaster. Get ready for a super long chain of quests ya gotta do first though. I did it one day when I was super bored, so there ya have it =P
Alcaster in Elnath, the questline is a lot shorter nowadays
Alcasters in El Nath has them for sale, but only after completing a rather long quest chain. I think the "traveling merchant" store in the cash shop may have them as well
