I prefer dark knights to me they are much more fun and also are recently tanky with their life steal thing.

Paladins are very slow in the first 3 jobs. But once you hit 100 you are incredibly tanky and dish out a lot of damage. They have like 60-80% bonus total damage (can't remember how much it is). I did enjoy pally's but I have not tried Dark Knights. They looks fun though. Go with whatever you feel like, you can always just job change if you don't like it.

Paladin is nice because you're pretty much in god-mode and therefore don't spend much on pots and don't die. Drks are nice because they do a considerable amount of damage without much funding.

drk might be easier if you're unfunded because of cross surge and drain
