Guitar + heat = ?

So I'm going camping with tons of my friends and I want to bring an acoustic guitar to play over there sometimes. Is it ok to bring an acoustic guitar or can it not withstand the heat? It might get to 90's around mid-day and I do have a hard case, but is that still not enough to protect it form heat?

The tune will be off.
That's all, I think.

It'll be fine, the only thing that will happen is your strings will go flat so you'll have to tune it, but you should be tuning it every time you pick it up to play it.

I'm staying for like a whole weekend. I want to keep my guitar in fine condition for a few years, so I'm guessing it is not worth risking it.

@erick7777: Lulz, declined that after it costed like 70 bux

Well if bring a cheap one if you have more than one and it COULD get warped by the heat but I don't think it'll get too harsh

It -can- warp the wood from the humidity.

Well, it really depends on the humidity and the heat combination. Most likely, for that short period of time, it'll just go flat. A hard case should be enough to protect it, unless you're bringing a three thousand dollar guitar that must be in a certain environment at all times, I wouldn't worry.
