Can anyone teach me how to draw Anime Style Pc Version?
I already know how to draw a bit on paper, but I am always bad with the bodies and legs. I also want to know how to draw them with poses as I am bad with it when I have curved legs and bodies. I also want to know how to draw it in paint or on computer at least. And also in real life. Please give me instructions and quick tips on how to become better.

I hate it when people draw only one eye and the other one is awkwardly blinking
Like everyone else has said, it's all about practicing traditional drawing.
On the subway, bus, or anywhere, carry a sketchbook with you and draw people walking around the streets, or sitting down.
Learn to improve your visual arts before learning from textbooks, or websites or anything, l personally don't see any kind of help or guidance that will get you if you don't understand what you're looking at first.
It may sounds strange and awkward, but look up nude references on the internet (even pr0n has some decent poses to draw, sometimes, but really hardly), and draw from those photos, don't draw or look at other people's art or you won't be learning anything except copying them. Practice often and you will learn lots!
Worry about drawing traditionally first. Your ability to draw will translate to the digital medium, but you won't be any better on a computer if you can't draw well on paper. Check out Andrew Loomis if you're having trouble with anatomy. Or even if you aren't at some point, Loomis is a great anatomy reference.

Poses get better as you work and practice. Get a tablet; get a sketchbook. Start sketching characters, anatomy, whatever you think of. Re-do drawings sometimes and watch them become better and better. Try using references online and take notes as you do it. When you feel comfortable enough then you have endless things of what you can do with it, even more so when a tablet and a proficient drawing program is available.

@pinksinsftw I got a decent tablet a couple years back for 61$... wacom bamboo I think?
also thanks because I was looking for that site for a while
www.posemaniacs.com will be your new best friend.
Always study from references. The problem is likely that you're uncomfortable with drawing new poses but with practice and references you'll create things with more oomph and more confidence. Tablets will take some getting used to but that's alright! Cheap ones go for around 100 dollars.
Brush up your skills on paper first.
