whats having a foreign exchange student over like?
there's this german program at my school. germans come here for like 2 weeks or something and vice versa. you probably know what i'm talking about.
what's it like having someone over in your house? i feel like you would have to entertain them all the time and would have no time to yourself.

My family hasn't hosted an exchange student but as an exchange student myself I would say that no, it would be better not to entertain them all the time because you're already in a totally different country and totally different family they'll want to have some time just by themselves so you don't spend every minute together. with that said, 2 weeks is pretty short and everything is still novel and fun so I think it would be a good idea to host. Anyways just treat them like you would a friend who came over to your house, nothing special but don't ignore them
