My character has 70% PDR, and Phantom Blow has 30%. Would increasing my PDR over 100% have any effect on my damage?

My character has 70% PDR, and Phantom Blow has 30%. Would increasing my PDR over 100% have any effect on my damage?

It's additive. In the char stats it says I have 70% PDR.
@maple1114: it now does, yes. so OP technically doesn't have 70% PDR, but less, and will never actually reach 100%
