Critical Chance
So I'm having trouble finding ways to reach 100% crit.
I'm currently stuck at 94% and I have the BT/Phantom link skill
My inner ability has 17% crit and I have Decent Sharp Eyes.
Are there any other ways I can boost it?
EDIT: I don't wanna waste points into my Hyper Skill since I feel like it would be a waste

Assuming you are talking about your Xenon (and indeed, you need as much Hyper Stat SP you can get since you have three different mains stats)... Let me see:
5% Base
40% Perspective Shift
10% DSE
15% Phantom
7% Beast Tamer
17% IA
----------
94% Total
Here are your options:
Leveling a Marksman to level 100/200 and leveling your Hyper Critical Rate to level 4/3 (Easiest option for now)
Leveling your Phantom to level 210 and a Marksman to level 30 (Far harder, but you save a few Hyper Stat SP)
Leveling your Beast Tamer to 210 and a Marksman to level 200 (Kind of pointless)
Getting a 20% crit IA and leveling a Marksman to level 200 (HIGHLY improbable)
Best way to get crit imo is bonus potential lines. if that's not enough, mm card 210 on a bt may be hard now. 210 phantom if you invest the time. I personally have sacrificed a line of att for a line of crit because I hate not hitting crits
The adventure ring in the reboot coin shop might give critical.
MM card. Rest should use hyper stay points. As long as you don't raise it above 5 your really not wasting that many points.
