Art request from a friend of mine, Andy (ign Haku). Well, more like a commission since I got paid items for it. Tried to keep to more of a general anime style instead of Maple, but that eye snuck in there, sigh.

Looks fine, although if that is supposed to be a "peace" sign, you did it wrong... But if you were meaning it as an insult, you did ok.

Taken from wiki, and an understandable mistake for a non-european to make.

The insulting version of the gesture (with the palm inwards) is often compared to the offensive gesture known as "the finger". The "two-fingered salute", also known as "The Longbowman Salute", "the two", "The Rods", "The Agincourt Salute", and as "The Tongs" in the West of Scotland and "the forks" in Australia,[8] is commonly performed by flicking the V upwards from wrist or elbow. The V sign, when the palm is facing toward the person giving the sign, has long been an insulting gesture in England,[9] and later in the rest of the United Kingdom; though the use of the V sign as an insulting gesture is largely restricted to the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.[1] It is frequently used to signify defiance (especially to authority), contempt, or derision.[10] The gesture is not used in the United States, and archaic in Australia and New Zealand, where the finger tends to be used in such situations instead.

The skin color makes it look like he's malnourished, achieved the dirty looking shirt, coloring can't get dirtier than that.
Coupled with the awkward feet-toe positioning
Not to mentioned he's holding his weight on one leg.
his skull structure is what's freaky about the whole image.
eyes nose and mouth are spaced too far apart, even down syndrome looks proper.
Having an ear behind your head is the least of his worries.

I have the temptation to do a peace sign and insert it into his.
But I'm too [im]mature to do that.

You had it all right until the head, you concentrated way too much on the hat and left the head lopsided and incomplete.
