going by the nx ratio isnt regular cubes like 60m...
i dont see why people would use these

I don't understand why ppl want these. Couldn't it lower ur potential?
Seen some in Bera for like 120m unsold, haven't actually seen them for a while though.
They should go for like 70-100m though.
