Inner Abilities Kinesis
Is •Passive Skill Level +1 good for a Kinny? Also do they go above max skill level, say 30 becomes 31?

Atk speed +1 does not affect Kinesis, +1 Passive Skill level does go over the level cap and will stack with dCO letting you get to 32, but only for 4th job passives. It's decent for Kinesis but something like %boss or %drop would be better practically speaking, maybe even buff duration if you don't like rebuffing.
@strauss08: I'm wondering this too. I feel like I buff faster, but not attack faster.
So I keep hearing that attack speed +1 does not affect kinesis. Does anyone know if that's right?
Don't think the IA bumps you over the skill cap though.
%crit is also a decent IA
+1 att speed, %drop rate, %boss are the ones you want I believe. I'm not actually sure about %boss tbh but the first two will benefit you.

basilmarket is being weird lately. hopefully kinesis will get a forum soon. kms has a new resistance class coming out too. so it will be akward if basil forgets to keep up with the class forums
