Really, Nexon Europe? No need to be upset

So here we are. Right now I decided to get into my old forum account on EMS forum, previously banned for stating true facts; and decided to ask about the status of the server, along with some issues I had in the past, for people to discuss. Note that there are no threats or insults or whatever they consider bad on the post, except only truth.

[i]So here we are, with my account recovered from the last forum ban I received for trying to warn players. Since the last time I logged, I've been wondering how my old server is doing, so I decided to come over and see.[/i]

[i]I'd normally go and download/install by myself, but I don't want to lose time with such thing, the reason being;[/i]

[i]I had a character called Itrenog on Kradia, level 121, good guild, friends and such, etc, everything good. To keep myself in pair with the rest of the guild, I decided to spend 30k nx on meso, equipment, and levels. A time later, I logged off for 1 month at FM 21, CH 1. After the month passed, I got words of my guild being hacked. I tried to log in immediately, but I couldn't; I was permanently banned somehow. The rest of the guild faced the same fate. There weren't any hackers in our guild, so I doubt it was anyone of us. How does this explain that I don't want to create another account? Well, it all comes from a past time event from the first years of the server, with my character JaNiN.[/i]

[i]As I were banned for 1 month with no apparent reason, I tried to contact Support, but they never answered. Thanks to the aid of Coppersan, I managed to contact GMMango in-game; She teleported me to her location, and said; "Be fast, I have more important things to do". as I explained the situation, and that all I wanted was to know what truly happened, she answered "You hacked.". As I tried to explain that I didn't do such things, she was like "Our system is [b]perfect,[/b] now I must go, have a nice day." Well, I saw how "perfect" the system was.[/i]

[i]That pretty much explains my reluctance to log in and know by myself the actual situation.[/i]

[i]I do want to know to have a proper opinion about the servers' status and updates, to reccomend it or not to people who may ask.[/i]

Ban evasion, dafork? Does the post look like a ban evasion?

And even if I wanted to issue anything? Nahh. They just won't let me do anything with my old acc anymore. Makes me think they want to hide things or something. Or that they tell forum moderators to take care of people stating true facts. I don't know, to me, it isn't wrong to state true facts over actions if not damaging subjects' integrity.

I am pretty sure here no one may hide this. So yeah.
