Requesting Evan equip help here
Hello, my fellow magicians and lurkers of the magician forum. Today, I would like to ask you about getting equips. I'm not gonna lie, at level 192, my total INT% is about 49%, increasing bit by bit over the months (Since I completely deny the use of my wallet to get range), and since recently I came in order to say hi to my guildies and allies, seeing the new stuff, I thought it'd be worth another try.
My equip isn't scrolled at all except for my staff; The staff reaches +200 matt easily, but doesn't have barely any good potential. The rest of my equip is purely clean Empress set parts, int% stuff, Tempest accesories, average rings (Heroic Ring, Tempest Ring 6%, Lucky Ring S +11 matt, Angelic Blessing), etc...
So far, I've been doing Commerci everyday, in order to get Denaros, and hoping for Grosso Polpo to drop anything good (Be it cubic blades or SW); Murgoth dungeon, to stock on items to sell when the event's over and 1 or 2 months pass by, Red Leaf High to help my experience go up a bit, RA with guildie/ally and see if I get anything good, and checking FM everyday (Though it completely depresses me, seeing prices worth 10 times what I have on mesos). I do recognice I don't do Gollux as much as I should, but I'll be honest here; I get rekt by the abdomen. And losing exp is not fun. Not at all. All of this, always with my spider familiar pulled out.
I want to know what else do I have to do, what must I look for, with only 800m in meso wihout counting the item values, since I do not own a permit store, and for some reason, I can't do surveys even after sending a confirmation link to my email. Then again, I don't want to get ripped off by merchants at the FM entrance, for I have developed a phobia for those over the years.
I'd also like to know what does people do usually with equips on NPC shops, like the SW accesories; Does people just buy them over and over until they get an unique'd one, or they buy one, and if it's 3 lined, they proceed to cube?
Then again, don't tell me, please to spend real money on NX; I totally refuse wasting anymore money, I don't want to use up 200 euros on cubes for nothing.
As for cube crafting, I completely have no idea on how it works, I have level 10 accesory crafting and level 9 mining.

yes, if u dont spend in nx ur less likely to have a high range. but it is completely possible to achieve high damage and range without the use of nx.
to start with, u should gain advantage from events (those which give maple points which are the same as nx) then u can use that for some cubes or store permit.
now to ur problem, idk about broa, but im sure u can get at least hat and top (ra) for like 100m max, then maybe a wand for 300-400m and u could merch to get some pants for 1b. that would boost ur range. try scrolling staff/wand with anniversary scrolls if u have some leftover leaves/coins if not u can wait till new event.
i'd suggest lvling up and when ur at 0% gollux. dont lvl more unless u can get to next level fast enough. then continue golluxing. sell ring for like 1-1.5b. try and get a trusted nx seller to sell u a permit. then u can sell things for a nice value. check fm to see prices as they may vary.
upgrade step by step, u wont be able to upgrade all in one go. unless ur like me and are patient enough to have over 200k of range waiting to be equipped all in one go haha.
