Transposing count
So many days ago I got a SW staff, and since then, I have been trying to transpose my current Dragon Tail staff onto it.
Yet, it's harder than I thought; I already knew about the low success rate, but I heard most people would get it done on 10-20 tries.
I'm at my 30th try now and still haven't succeeded.
Tell me your experiences /basil/

Based on new patch's content, I can transpose the bonus potential within my staff over to the SW.
If I get this done right after the patch, thi might mean signals do exist.
EDIT: Tranpose Count = 52

With three Lith runs a day I get an Anvil every month or two.
Transpose Count = 48
Just tell me how many Denaros will I have to spend until the game decides to transfer over the stats...
Anyone know the drop rate for the anvil?
As far as it goes now, my count has went up to 43 transposes with no result on the same item.
I am honestly losing all hope. I could have bought 2 accesories at the coin shop with those...
i think it's a 3% chance of success. much better odds if you get the anvil from trade.
One time I was trying to transpose my Hayato's katana on my Drk (since my Drk is the only one that can commerci), tried more than 20 times with no success. Then just for kicks I tried doing my empress pole onto my SW pole and it worked the first time. WDF, now I realize how lucky I was that the katana didn't work, otherwise I would've been stuck with a godly katana on my Drk. I recommend PSOK your weapon before transposing.
@WingDrow I also ran out of denaros once and was stuck til Nexon gave out some commerci coins in events. I had used the stimulus package (not knowing what it was) and that's how I got stuck. So yeah, watch out for that.
It took me 5 tries, I recorded it too.. I didn't know the chances were that low.
@WingDrow: is there a fixed amount of Denaros coins used each time you transpose? :o
There is. 10 denaros each time you attempt to transpose.
My average denaro gain if things go EXCELLENT might be 40, making that 3-5 tries per day.
@wolfexe Yes you can still get more by doing the part one. You dont need denaros to gain in that one.
On a sort of related note, if you use all your denaros, is there a way to get more?
Transposing success rate is 3%.

please don't use up all your denaros. I think you need 45 denaros to do enough boat trades to maximize your denaros with your energy. It took me 19 tries, while you have it worse, I understand the pain. Slating slots is just as awful ><
Mine worked on the 6th try
I wonder if transposing for a +30 m.att/int bonus is a good idea after all.
I'm NXless, so I can't get a "perfected" weapon
I mean, if I haven't succeeded till now, and it's possible to get it done on a few tries, it must be some kind of signal...
1st attempt worked for me O.o
I could've sworn it was much lower than 10%. I vaguely remember someone mentioning that it was 3%.
@WingDrow Don't give up! The rate is low but it's definitely worth it. Also, if you run low on Denaro just do a couple of Party Voyages.
I already do as many party voyages as I can. I actually shared gains out of a SW Glove that dropped the other day. Though since there's almost no people willing to do the questline and the voyages required to reach Herb Town due to lazyness, it's quite hard. I don't really care about the dropped items anymore; just the denaro.
In order to do daily tries on transposing, though, I always transpose everytime I have 15 denaros or more, since 5 denaros is the minimum to go on the ship with at least 1 soap.
Its a 10% success rate so you must be very unlucky

Each time you transpose, regardless of pass or fail the SW gets destroyed right? o-o
Nope. Nothing gets destroyed in the process of failing. When you succeed, though, I think the weapon you used to transpose AND the weapon that had the enhancements and scrolls get destroyed, and in it's place, you get the weapon you wanted to transpose to, with all of the scrolls on it that were used on the lower level weapon.
Thought goddamit, the use of denaros almost got me locked out from the commerci voyages.
