Would this be a good end-game staff? P/c Please?

I wasn't able to perfect it, and I failed one 50% hammer, so I decided to just keep it like this...any idea of how much it's worth? And would it be decent to use for an end-game staff?

Agreed. Get it to unique especially since it's the higher lvl tier. But I'm surprised that the new tier only adds 7% as opposed to the lower tier's 6%
On bera it could probably go for around that price too.
