put an avatar/sprite on it, perhaps trim off some of the white space, and resubmit it
yours should get accepted eventually

The "Ready" picture on the front page is really provocative and I kinda cringe my head at mrb. It's a beautiful piece. But.I don't understand how that piece got accepted while your's did not.
I think it's rigged since the person who drew it is pretty famous.

I'm a friend of lilzara. That picture actually got rejected the first time and she had to retry weeks later to get it (finally) accepted.
OT: It has too much blank space. Either add a background or crop it a bit. Additionally, if MrB can't immediately tell the relation to Maplestory, he won't accept it. This can be easily avoided by just pasting the character avatar onto the picture somewhere.
Could be the fact that theres no reference sprite, but other than that, it looks lovely
Put the character that it's based from on there.
well my pic called "sher and idan" didnt get rejected and its probably worse than urs

They rejected mine when I submitted an Inkwell Diary entry.
'If you are submitting picture(s) below, they must be under 550,000 bytes. dimensions: 1024x2000 max, jpg. Please double check the size of your picture in bytes before submitting to avoid potentially losing your submission.'
Just crop your picture a bit, and you're all set.
