7min monster mop-up and 3000 monster quest
i've been killing monsters at mp3 and the kills aren't registering for these quests
do the monsters in mp3 not register as kills for quests? if so, what are monsters that work for my level? i'm level 99 o.o

That would be a misleading statement. Showa Town, Zipangu are both in the codex, yet those places are excluded.
Just say, any areas which exist in KMS
NLC and masteria are not included. Try some other things
you can only do it in places that exist in KMS. Therefore Singapore, Malyasia, Zingaqu, NLC, etc are not included.
Now you know it is slightly harder to train in KMS
Yeah, Nexon leaves NLC and world tour (and probably other places) out of events.
I had the same problem with my lv 100 crusader; I tried himes and mp3, but Pirates worked. Pirate PQ does NOT work. Azwan does work (assuming they're in the level range). I recommend you go to herb town and try hunting there.
Singapore is always left out of patches so it's time for you to leave that place
AND GO GRIND AT ALIENS
A. they're out of your level range
B. nexon doesn't do events with nlc and world tour.
C. God doesn't love you.

Try to use lvl up guide to find area's for your lvl? Its at the top left of screan under the map.
