Billing ban is issued if you chargeback a NX transaction, it can be solved only by mail (it will tell you where to mail when you try to login) and the whole process will last a while, usually at the end you have to pay the same amount you charge-backed by buying prepaid cards.
I did like 2 years ago. I did BillToMobile and my dad didn't know, so he did a chargeback and that's against Nexon's ToS so I had to buy 10k NX and give them $5 of it.
if I remember correctly, the process took place over e-mail over the course of 3-4 months because they are so slow.

My main account is paypal banned.
They will not reinstate my account.
Even though it was 100% legit.
never hacked or exploited.
Didn't even scam.
