Random Nx credit?

I just charged 5k bill to mobile so I could buy a shop and when I went into CS, It said I had 5k. I checked my NX purchases and It only charged 5k like I had chosen. I didn't have any nx O_O Why did nexon give me 5k credit? I didn't have any in there last I checked 2 days ago. My bf checked and he got 2k for some reason. What was this for? Some kind of compensation or event? Didn't see anything on the site about it. If I knew i already had 5k, i wouldn't have bought any lmao.

edit: I just bought a shop permit for 1.8 and the number dropped to 6.9k remaining. What on earth is going on lmao.
The only reason you would have gotten compensation is if you had a pet with any of the previous items such as the item pouch, meso pouch, etc. People were given back compensation in maple points.

But yeah, I think you should be wary because when it comes to NX and billing Nexon is pretty stringy and wary of fraudulent charges.
Fraudulent charges usually show up tho, but on my purchase history it only shows the 5k, thats why im pretty confused and since it happened to more people than just myself im trying to figure it out lmao. The pet stuff went to MP, another reason why im confused. Usually compensation is sent to MP O_O

edit: to be safe I did submit a ticket letting them know this has happened in case it was a bug in their system. Since the wrong amount of Credit vanished when I purchased teh shop, it leaves me to believe that it was not really in there to begin with but just a superficial amount.

Really? Never had a problem with them in the 9 years I have played, especially when Nexon is at fault. It isn't really a problem for me. ill contact them but this hardly effects me at all. Since I only cared for the 5k I actually charged in the first place. Plus it seems others had gotten some sort of amount as well...Seems to be some kind of compensation for something but I am not sure what. That was the purpose for this thread. It is just weird that 10k - 1.8k = 6.9. kind of confusing.
No I am pretty sure the numbers are not accurate or something, because if you look, It said after I purchased 5k (bill to mobile credit) it said I had 10k. I spent 1.8, and it had 6.9 remaining which is so very very wrong. Pretty sure it is bugged or glitched or like I said, Nexon is just drunk.

If you for sure didn't have any nx before purchasing the 5k then submit a ticket and do not use the nx or else they might block your account till you pay the amount they accidentally added.
