Well, since cannoneer are slow, you have to be careful. I can take out shoulders pretty easy. When shoulders are at full health, use 1 barrage and then go to other side. After it starts spawning monsters, just bazooka when they appear and stay on top of the branches and use barrage. Stomach is still a pain to me, but you just gotta focus on not getting rooted and evade the mists that attack you. Don't bother putting the monkeys on stomach as it's just gonna get you killed.
