Need help from PC tech genius D: So recently, i replaced my CMOS battery, and after i restarted my computer, everything would become laggy - i.e normally taking 2 ~ 3 minutes to get to the welcome screen would now become around 10 minutes. Watching youtube videos, would have the graphics and the sound lagging behind and choppy with lots of static. After going through my task manager, performance i seem to be running at 50% CPU Usage, with like nothing active in the background. In the processes, i would have winlogon.exe running at over 100,000 K's, where my laptop would be at about 500ish k's, which is a ridiculous comparison. Specs are: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 2002 Service pack 2. Intel(r) Pentium Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60 G
