Arizona Anti-Troll Bill

I know many people are going to be outraged by this and that. But I'm wondering, HOW will they enforce it?

They already passed it on their houses though </3 And that they say the governor might sign this as soon as she gets it
So they're going to arrest most of the youth population that possesses a computer.

In New Jersey it's illegal to use your phone while driving.
When I first read the article, I had to stop what I was doing and catch my breath because I was laughing so hard.
I find it a little hard to believe this is what politicians are spending their time on.
I know for a goddamn fact, there is something a little more productive to be done than trying to stop trolling.
Are we being trolled by Arizona, or are they serious? We might as well just throw out the 1st amendment if this passes.
So... Arizona is turning exactly like Basilmarket?
