Arizona Anti-Troll Bill

Looks like Arizona's going a bit overboard on this one. What do you guys think? I know many people are going to be outraged by this and that. But I'm wondering, HOW will they enforce it?

So they're going to arrest most of the youth population that possesses a computer.
Tucson FTW, wow they recently passed a 100 dollar fine for texting and driving as well :l
In New Jersey it's illegal to use your phone while driving.

When I first read the article, I had to stop what I was doing and catch my breath because I was laughing so hard.

I find it a little hard to believe this is what politicians are spending their time on.
I know for a goddamn fact, there is something a little more productive to be done than trying to stop trolling.

Are we being trolled by Arizona, or are they serious? We might as well just throw out the 1st amendment if this passes.
