Thats Dr. Bing 50 years later and the visitors are maplers 50 years later too. Dr. Bing was like "OMG crystanol is AWESOME" so he like went to the future to get alot and then it ruined the maple world. thats wat i read on a forum in this other website.....
technically speaking there isn't a paradox in time travel, you only have to accept predestination. If you meet yourself from the future, then you are destined to travel back to the past in the future.
I.e., you can't change the past by doing time travel, because you already did
Ah, paradox. But if you make it so that the time machine was never built, you will never have been sent to prevent it from being built. So we are all boned either way :O

Actually you don't kill the maplers, future Dr Bing did say something that you wouldn't actually kill them. Plus the whole event is in a time loop pretty much.
