This is after transposing it. Emp katara had 151 or 152atk with 1 star then transposing to sw it went up to 172atk no stars.

That's one ridiculously good katara. 7b+ since that thing's endgame, but probably more since most DB funders are superfunded. Until Nexon releases lvl 170 weapons years later, that's the best starless katara
Oh btw that's the stats after upgrading it from my emp katara.
