Should be more like: Scania Windia Bera + Renegades Broa + Khaini Split Bellocan+Nova and add Bellocan to CYMK and Nova to GAZED (since Bellocan population > Nova population to begin with).
KMS has recently merged some worlds together, so I don't think it is that unlikely for GMS to do the same in the near future. I think that with the current population 5 worlds is plenty of worlds. And I don't mean Alliances, I mean that they should really be merged so that there are only 5 worlds you can pick from
