Tot's doesn't work for me pre 120. Do I have to reach lv 120?

Tyty, but I only have like 1.5k nx, so is it really that much slower if I don't have a 2x quest card?

2x Quest Exp Highly recommended (Quickest way to 180 w/o grinding endlessly)
