The one you dump the most $$$/spend the most time merching on.
Evan and maybe DS would be the most fun out of those imo. As for the "best" I guess you mean in terms of DPS? If you care only about damage and you are going to fund yourself hard... Shade.
Bossing: Shade, DS/DA, Evan in that order
Soloing SDH: DS, Evan, DA, Shade in that order
"Best" is subjective. Please elaborate.
OT: If you want a "best class", I'd suggest you put all your money into Mihile.
