yea good standing doesn't mean much cause I've been banned before and I got it.

From what I gather, only people who hasn't logged in in a while from a certain time could get the box. I got it on one of my mule accounts but not the other, nor did I get it on my main. Some of my buddies who came back near the beginning of the month got it.

@meiguihua: I submitted a ticket and all nexon told me was to try relogging. But no package appeared even after relogging

My thought about this is that we create a new hero class in order to get this package or just ticket nexon about it.

These pckgs look like we should be getting them, no pre-requisite what so ever.

@rtyu: Oh I know. But I checked alt accounts and they also didn't receive the box. Completely arbitrary rules are annoying.

This is actually really bothering me. I don't care so much about the stuff in the box, but I'm sick of Nexon's arbitrary rules for who gets stuff. It's the same with the stupid bigwig junk ages ago. I have a friend who gets everything even though his account has been locked multiple times and he never buys nx.

@xerkka: oh... i am not sure i never received the box i did get the first box with the android but that was a sign up thing, i haven't gotten the other boxes and i checked the same character i got the first box with and nothing

I claimed the first box on one of the characters I was training on by accident... Wonder if thats why I dont see this at all...

@evenings my gf logs in every day and still received the box so probably not

Does it only apply if u haven't played MS in a while? cause i logged in but dint have anything besides the hot time

I logged in on a mule account that I didnt sign up with and I still got the box, you dont need to sign up

I didn't even know about this, but also never had my acc banned, suspended, hacked/cheated and didn't receive anything.

Is this what you guys were talking about? Because it was a couple of days ago.
You had to physically sign up and log in before the deadline.
Other than that, there's nothing else that I can really find.

Yeah I'm having the same problem but I have no clue why it's happening like that. Down the post with all the heroes box stuff nexon posted, it says it's only available for accounts with good standing. I have no clue what that means tho
