Is there really a difference for me besides the extra 3 magic attack for the staff? I'm an evan and the attack speed doesn't affect me. thanks!

would 1.2b be considered cheap for a wand?
The base m.att and the re-sell value since BaM's can't use wands
The only difference is the attack.
